Rivers of Living Water

Bookmark and Share

Jesus said, "... If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow RIVERS OF LIVING WATER.

(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)”
‭‭- John‬ ‭7:37-39‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The Lord wants to fill you up to overflowing.

The Holy Spirit is not like a lake or a pond of water.

Rather, it is RIVERS OF LIVING WATER!

Notice RIVER(S) is plural.

Rivers don't stand stagnant. Rivers flow. Rivers have clean, fresh water. Rivers are lively.

Do you feel God's lively, flowing, clean, fresh Holy Spirit working in, and through, your life?

God wants to fill - and refill - you today, and everyday, with His Spirit.

Only He can satisfy your thirsty soul - in this life you live now on earth, and in the life to come for all eternity!

-------------------

“And he shewed me PURE RIVER OF WATER OF LIFE, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the TREE OF LIFE, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.”
‭‭- Revelation‬ ‭22:1-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

----------------------

“O Lord, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the Lord, THE FOUNTAIN OF LIVING WATERS.

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.”
‭‭- Jeremiah‬ ‭17:13-14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

----------------------

“And it shall be in that day, that LIVING WATERS shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.”
‭‭- Zechariah‬ ‭14:8-9‬ ‭KJV‬‬
