True Repentance

Bookmark and Share

Our culture has watered down the definition of SIN.

Sin is "not" gray.

Sin "is" black.

It's dark.

It's cold.

It's costly.

It's deadly.

When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired...

When you hate the wages of sin...

When you despise the guilt and shame of sin...

When you surrender your WHOLE HEART to the Lord...

That's when true SALVATION takes place.

That's when you are born again.

Counterfeit Salvation is running rampant in America.

There is only one way to true conversion...

Repentance is not in your tears.

It's not in your shame.

Repentance is not saying, "I'm sorry."

While all of these things are good and may be an overflow of genuine repentance, there is only one way to truly repent from sin and turn to God.

  • Change of heart.
  • Change of mind.
  • Change of direction.

When you finally agree with God about the boundaries of sin, the deceitfulness of sin, the poison of sin and the curse of sin...

You will be free indeed!

"For [godly] sorrow that is in accord with the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation; but worldly sorrow [the hopeless sorrow of those who do not believe] produces death." - 2 Corinthians 7:10 (AMP)
